Custom Rolling Drawer Cabinets
Heavy-duty steel cabinets and shop carts with custom sheet metal drawers, configured around your tools, parts and space. Designed in CAD and built in our Duvall shop.
01 — Who it's for
Who it's for
Off-the-shelf tool storage is built for an average shop. A custom cabinet is built for yours: drawer heights that fit your socket sets and parts bins, a footprint that fits the bay, and a top at the height you work at.
We build for commercial and industrial shops, automotive and manufacturing shops, maintenance departments and serious home garages across the Greater Seattle area, from a single cart to a matched set.
Typical applications
- Tool storage for automotive and fleet service bays
- Parts and fastener storage beside a machine or work cell
- Mobile carts that move with the job around the shop
- Fixture and tooling storage in manufacturing
- Organized tool storage for a serious home garage

03 — Process
How a project works
A typical project, from the first conversation to finished steel.
Step 1: Requirements
We start with what the piece is for, where it goes and what it has to fit or hold. Send drawings, photos, measurements or a rough sketch.
Step 2: Design (CAD)
We model it in CAD and work out how each part will be cut, formed and welded, so the design is practical to build and built to last.
Step 3: Fabrication
Parts are laser and plasma cut, formed on the press brake, then welded and assembled in our Duvall shop.
Step 4: Finishing & handoff
Powder-coated finishes are available. Pickup is in Duvall, and delivery may be available depending on size and location. Installation is usually handled by your contractor; we work out the mounting so they have what they need.

05 — Questions
Common questions
How is a custom cabinet priced?
Price depends on the size, the number and height of the drawers, the material, the hardware and the finish. Send what you have and we'll come back with questions and a quote for your specific build.
What should I send to get a quote?
The space it needs to fit (width, depth and height), what goes in the drawers, roughly how many drawers you want, and whether it needs to roll. Photos of the space and a rough sketch help a lot.
How long does it take?
It depends on the design and what's already in the shop. We'll talk through timing when we quote the project, before any work starts.
Can you deliver it?
Pickup is in Duvall. Delivery may be available depending on size and location, so ask when you request a quote.
What finishes are available?
Powder-coated finishes are available. Tell us the color or look you're after and we'll confirm the options with your quote.
06 — Your request
Getting a quote
The more we know about how it will be used, the more useful the first quote will be.
What to include in your request
- Where it will go, and the space available (width × depth × height)
- What the drawers need to hold (tools, parts, rough sizes)
- How many drawers, or how you'd like the space split up
- Whether it needs to roll or stay put
- Photos, sketches or drawings
- Quantity and when you need it
Don't have all of it yet? Send what you have and we'll ask about the rest.
