Custom Steel Workbenches
Fabricated heavy-duty workbenches with integrated drawers, shelves and cabinets, sized and laid out for the work done at them. Designed in CAD and built in our Duvall shop.
01 — Who it's for
Who it's for
A good bench puts the work at the right height, keeps the tools for that job within reach, and doesn’t move when you lean on it. We build benches with the storage designed in, so drawers, shelves and cabinets sit where the work needs them.
We build for commercial shops, industrial facilities and maintenance departments across the Greater Seattle area, from a single specialized workstation to a full run of matching benches.
Typical applications
- Assembly and build benches
- Maintenance and repair stations
- Specialized workstations built around one process
- Inspection and packing benches
- Benches that match an existing run of cabinets

03 — Process
How a project works
A typical project, from the first conversation to finished steel.
Step 1: Requirements
We start with what the piece is for, where it goes and what it has to fit or hold. Send drawings, photos, measurements or a rough sketch.
Step 2: Design (CAD)
We model it in CAD and work out how each part will be cut, formed and welded, so the design is practical to build and built to last.
Step 3: Fabrication
Parts are laser and plasma cut, formed on the press brake, then welded and assembled in our Duvall shop.
Step 4: Finishing & handoff
Powder-coated finishes are available. Pickup is in Duvall, and delivery may be available depending on size and location. Installation is usually handled by your contractor; we work out the mounting so they have what they need.

05 — Questions
Common questions
How is a custom workbench priced?
Price depends on the size, the top, how much storage is built in, the add-ons and the finish. Send what you have and we'll come back with questions and a quote for your specific bench.
What should I send to get a quote?
The work done at the bench, the space it goes in, the working height you want, and the storage you need under or around it. Photos of the space and of any bench you're replacing help.
How long does it take?
It depends on the design and what's already in the shop. We'll talk through timing when we quote the project, before any work starts.
Can you build several matching benches?
Yes. Tell us how many you need and whether they should match existing benches or cabinets, and we'll quote the set.
Can you deliver it?
Pickup is in Duvall. Delivery may be available depending on size and location, so ask when you request a quote.
06 — Your request

- Drawers, shelves or cabinets you need, and what they'll hold
- Fixed or mobile, and any add-ons (vise, tool panel, power)
